Interested in being part of our ticketed events at The Barley Beach House? We're always looking for quality vendors who can elevate the guest experience. Complete the form below to be considered for upcoming events.

All vendors are required to provide a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) prior to participation. Please review the requirements carefully and ensure your documentation is accurate and up to date.

Your COI must list the following entities as additionally insured:

• City of Rye – 1051 Boston Post Rd., Rye, NY 10580

• Rye Town Park Commission – 95 Dearborn Ave., Rye, NY 10580

• Town of Rye – 222 Grace Church Street, 3rd Floor, Port Chester, NY 10573

• The Barley Beach House – 95 Dearborn Ave., Rye, NY 10580

Applications without proper insurance details will not be approved. Once submitted, our team will review your information and follow up with next steps.
